Pickup will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. There will be a colored sticker placed on the lid of each trash can indicating when your trash pick-up day will be. Important: Please have your cans by the road the night before by 10:00 PM.

Recycling is picked up every other Thursday. This service is only available to customers on the Trash + Recycling plan ($41/mo).

Yes, however additional fees may apply. We allow up to two (2) bags of trash beside your 910 container each week at no extra charge. Any personal trash cans or additional bags exceeding the 2-bag limit will not be picked up unless you contact us prior to pickup and payment is made. We do NOT pick up: Bulk items (dressers, grills, furniture, mattresses, etc.) Yard waste (leaves, grass, sticks, dirt) – must be disposed at Onslow County Landfill If you frequently have extra trash, additional cans can be provided for $21/month each.

Yes! Each extra trash can is $21/month . You can add extra cans when you sign up or by contacting our office.

Trash cans and recycle bins are delivered each Wednesday. The cut-off is Tuesday at noon, so sign-ups completed before then go out the next day and anything after rolls to the following Wednesday. We cannot provide an exact time your can will arrive on delivery day. If a holiday falls in that week we usually deliver the next day instead, and severe weather can occasionally push it further. Your prorated first charge is based on the day you actually receive the can, so it moves with the delivery.

We are closed on the days the Onslow County Landfill is closed. The schedule is subject to change based on the Landfill schedule. To cancel, you must send an email to office@910sanitation.com with: A statement that you would like to cancel service The name and service address on the account Your last trash pick-up day needed Empty trashcans will be picked up the Thursday following your last requested trash pick-up day. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime — we just need an email.

Email our office at office@910sanitation.com the week you are moving with your new service address so we can update our route maps. Please take your existing trashcan and recycle container with you to the new address. If you’d prefer to leave the can and have us deliver another to the new address, we can do that – however, there will be a delivery fee. Deliveries are made each week on Wednesday.
