Frequently Asked Questions
Pickup will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. There will be a colored sticker placed on the lid of each trash can indicating when your trash pick-up day will be. Please have your cans by the road the night before by 10:00 PM.
Trash Only: $30/month, $180/semi-annual, or $330/annual (one month free!). Includes one 96-gallon trash can picked up once weekly.nnTrash + Recycling: $41/month, $246/semi-annual, or $451/annual. Includes weekly trash and bi-weekly recycling pickup.nnAdditional fees apply for extra trash. Extra cans available at $21/month each.
Monthly customers are required to have a credit card on file for automatic drafts on the 1st of each month. Semi-annual and annual payments can also be auto-drafted, or you can pay by check.
Trash cans and recycle bins are delivered each Wednesday. We cannot provide an exact time your can will arrive on delivery day. Your prorated fee will be charged the Monday or Tuesday before delivery.
